Staff Geoscientist
Position involves the operation of packer testing equipment in the field for the purpose of formation evaluation, as well as the installation of multi-level groundwater monitoring and sampling systems. Office work includes data analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
Approximately 50–70% outdoor field work and travel throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in geology/hydrogeology, geophysics, environmental science or related field
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with superior driving record; must be insurable
- Participation required in health and safety training, medical monitoring, and drug and alcohol testing
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER safety training a plus
